PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file encryption program, etc., which neither require an information provider to perform complicated operations, nor depend on a computer usage environment of the information provider's side, and enables an information recipient to receive encrypted data at a security level of the information recipient's side.;SOLUTION: A file encryption processing in a computer of an information provider's side is executed by an execution file in which an encryption key is set, and the encrypted data is filed in the same file as this execution file so that the encrypted data can be generated with simple operations without depending on a computer usage environment of the information provider's side.
