PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring information collection system for collecting remote monitoring information by suppressing increase of communication data quantity.;SOLUTION: This remote monitoring information collection system includes a plurality of monitoring terminals and a remote monitoring information collection device connected through a network to the plurality of monitoring terminals. The monitoring terminal stores the remote monitoring information and time information when the remote monitoring information is acquired in association with each other in an acquisition data storage part, and reads the remote monitoring information to be specified on the basis of the time information included in a data request in response to the data request received from the remote monitoring information collection device with time information associated with the remote monitoring information from the acquisition data storage part, and transmits it to the remote monitoring information collection device. The remote monitoring information collection device receives the remote monitoring information and time information transmitted from the monitoring terminal, and stores it in a collection data storage part, and transmits the data request including the time information associated with the latest remote monitoring information to the monitoring terminal among the collection data stored in the collection data storage part to the monitoring terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
