METHOD FOR PRODUCING REGENERATED CATALYST FOR CHLORINE PRODUCTION, METHOD FOR REGENERATING DETERIORATED CATALYST, METHOD FOR PRODUCING CHLORINE, AND METHOD FOR MAINTAINING ACTIVITY OF CATALYST FOR CHLORINE PRODUCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a regenerated catalyst at a high yield by efficiently and economically regenerating a deteriorated catalyst, which has activity decreased with time, at a high recovery rate when producing chlorine by oxidizing hydrogen chloride with oxygen using a fluidized-bed reactor.;SOLUTION: The method for producing the regenerated catalyst for chlorine production includes, one or more times, a treatment step of impregnating a copper-containing solution into the deteriorated catalyst which has been used in chlorine production by oxidizing hydrogen chloride with oxygen using the fluidized-bed reactor. The deteriorated catalyst includes a carrier composed of porous particles on which active components are supported, where the active components include (A) a copper element, (B) an alkali metal element and (C) a lanthanoid element having a bond dissociation energy between the lanthanoid element and oxygen of 100-185 kcal/mol at 298 K.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
