PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution to carry out useful simulations for electric vehicles.;SOLUTION: A traffic simulation device generates a road network model that is a model of map data regarding road networks, and executes an algorithm which recharges an electric vehicle running on the road network models at a recharging station, that is a part of charging infrastructures, when a state of charge of the electric vehicles drop to below a predetermined value.
