PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle parking evaluation system and a vehicle parking evaluation program appropriately making vehicle drivers more conscious of fuel cost saving drive inside a parking lot.;SOLUTION: A vehicle parking evaluation system 100 comprises a parking facility area setting means 15 that sets a single area including whole parking sections in a parking facility which has a plurality of parking sections for vehicles as the parking facility area based on a map data 33, an actual fuel consumption index acquisition means 16 that acquires an actual fuel consumption index, the index related to the fuel consumption of a vehicle consumed during the time from when the vehicle enters the parking facility area till when the vehicle leaves the facility area based on the vehicle's actual traveling, a reference fuel consumption index acquisition means 17 that acquires a reference fuel consumption index, the index associated with the fuel consumption as standard for the parking facility area, and an evaluation value acquisition means 18 that acquires an evaluation value regarding fuel cost saving drive based on the ratio of the actual fuel consumption index to the reference fuel consumption index.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
