PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of users performing manual work tasks and surely manage a workflow associated with the manual work tasks.;SOLUTION: The workflow management system is configured to connect a computer device for creating the workflow including a plurality of tasks, portable terminals of users, and a workflow management device for managing the workflow. The plurality of tasks include manual work tasks manually performed by the users at locations separated from the computer device. The portable terminal includes a display function which displays information reported from the workflow management device. The workflow management device includes: an instruction function for determining whether a task to be processed next is a manual work task or not and reporting instruction information of the manual work task to the portable terminals when a task is the manual work task and a task state analysis function for determining whether the manual work task is finished or not based on information received from the portable terminal or a device installed at a location at which the manual work task is performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
