PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly efficiently perform safety management of medical instruments in a certain medical institution by collecting and managing only information (for example safety information) related to the medical instruments possessed by the medical institution.SOLUTION: When acquiring safety information of medical instruments possessed by a medical institution, the medical institution transmits information of the medical instruments possessed by the medical institution additionally to a transmission request of the safety information. A transmission destination extracts only the safety information on the medical instruments possessed by the medical institution of the transmission request source, from the safety information on the medical instruments notified in common with medical institutions and transmits the extracted safety information to the transmission request source.
