PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for generating mixed gas hydrate generating natural gas hydrate suitable for long-term storage and transportation, and to provide a device for producing a mixed gas hydrate pellet.;SOLUTION: This device for generating mixed gas hydrate includes: a hydrate generating part for generating mixed gas hydrate by reacting mixed gas containing methane gas with raw material water under a prescribed pressure condition and a prescribed temperature condition; and a temperature adjusting part for adjusting a temperature in the hydrate generating part; wherein the temperature adjusting part is constituted so as to adjust the inside of the hydrate generating part at a temperature lower than a generation equilibrium temperature T_G of the mixed gas hydrate under pressure set in the hydrate generating part, and simultaneously at a temperature higher than a generation equilibrium temperature T_M of methane gas hydrate under pressure equivalent to methane partial pressure in the mixed gas determined based on an analysis result of a gas composition of the mixed gas.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
