PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a device being unable to automatically record the effects of medicines used by users for purpose of treatment.SOLUTION: A device comprises: position attribute storing means for beforehand storing a position and a physical condition evaluation index with linking to each other; medicine history storing means for storing a medicine ID and an effect score with linking to each other; medicine detecting means for detecting a medicine ID of a medicine used by a user; action history recording means for obtaining a position of the user within a fixed time after the detection of the medicine ID by the medicine detecting means; and medicinal effect evaluation means for obtaining, by the position attribute storing means, a physical condition evaluation index linked to the position of the user detected by the action history recording means, calculating an effect score based on the obtained physical condition evaluation index, and storing the effect score with linking to the medicine ID detected by the medicine detecting means.
