SAFE GUARD FENCE AND SAFE GUARD DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe guard fence and a safe guard device, capable of being also used for openings different in size and/or shape and capable of surely preventing intrusion from the opening.;SOLUTION: A safe guard fence 1 includes two pipes 11 which have central portions turnably connected like crossing bracing by a connecting pin 13, and eyebolt-like locking implements 21 which are expandably/contractibly attached to both ends 15 of the pipe 11 via screws. The safe guard fence 1 can be used by being attached to openings formed in various sizes and/or shapes, by the above constitution. Even in the case of the opening like a manhole, the safe guard fence 1 can be easily and surely attached by hooking the locking implement 21 on a bolt of the manhole and attaching a nut from above. Since the attached guard fence 1 cannot be easily detached, intrusion from the opening and the thrust of a person's face into the opening can be surely prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
