PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a MIMO radar system capable of processing reception signals received by respective radar devices by same components mutually even if a plurality of radar devices are remotely disposed; to provide transmitting units and receiving units used for the system; and to provide a MIMO radar signal processing method.;SOLUTION: This MIMO radar system includes the plurality of transmission units, the plurality of receiving units, and a processing server. The transmitting unit transmits a transmission signal. The receiving unit shares an origin and an orthogonal axis mutually, and receives a target reflected wave formed by the transmission signal reflected to a target. The receiving unit includes a polar coordinate signal generation section, a signal processing section, and a six-dimensional cell data processing section. The polar coordinate signal generation section generates a polar coordinate signal based on the target reflected wave. The signal processing section converts the polar coordinate signal into six-dimensional cell data. The six-dimensional cell data processing section integrates the six-dimensional cell data to acquire a reception result.
