PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orange toner giving an image with high saturation and suppressing environmental dependence of image density, and to provide a toner housing container housing the toner, an orange developer and a process cartridge housing the developer, a color toner set, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: The orange toner comprises a binder resin containing a polyester resin having a dodecenylsuccinic acid structure as a structural unit, and C.I.Pigment Orange 38 in a compounding amount of 5 to 18 mass% with respect to the whole mass of the toner. The toner housing container houses the toner. The present invention also provides an orange developer and a process cartridge that houses the developer, a color toner set, and an image forming apparatus.
