PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staff support system which identifies staff and enables the identified staff to easily find corresponding passengers and promptly guide the passengers to their destination.;SOLUTION: The staff support system comprises: a bar code reader 5 and a guide terminal 6, and staff terminals 7a-7e having a passenger movement support device 1 for confirming location of the passengers and providing information to the passengers, a GPS receiver 11 for deducing distance to each satellite, a communication part 12 for sending the location information and receiving information relating to installed location of the guide terminal 6 and route information to the destination of the passengers and a display part 14 for displaying the information received by the communication part 12; an operator terminal 3 having a telephone 8 and a display part 9 for displaying passenger information; and a control unit 4 for identifying the staff terminal closest to the guide terminal 6 displayed on the display part 9 based on distance information and transferring the passenger information received by the operator terminal 3 to the staff terminal 7c or 7d.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
