PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a plant building capable of executing construction work easily and shortening a construction period.;SOLUTION: In a construction method of a plant building according to the present invention, at first, a wall 5 partitioning a desired room 2 is constructed on a floor 4. Next, a part of equipment 30 to be installed in the room 2 is carried in the room 2 partitioned by the wall 5. A deck unit 10 having a deck plate 11, a deck plate receiving iron frame 12 supporting the deck plate 11, and a ceiling beam 13 fixed orthogonally to the deck plate receiving iron frame 12, and constituting a ceiling 3 of the room 2 is prepared. The remainder of the equipment 30 to be installed in the room 2 is mounted to the ceiling beam 13 of the deck unit 10 to produce a ceiling module structure 1.
