PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set bookmark access authority for each item in units of groups and easily generate the groups.;SOLUTION: In compliance with requests from user terminals 20, a group generation processing part 11 determines users who become group members according to given generating conditions to generate groups. A bookmark registration part 12 has a function to set access authority in units of groups when bookmarks are registered. To bookmark display requests from the user terminals 20, an access control part 13 determines in units of groups access authority to the registered bookmarks.
