PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly card management system capable of preventing unauthorized use, in a card management server managing a card storing identification information for identifying the card.;SOLUTION: In this card management server, authentication information is required to a terminal on the basis of an instruction of authentication confirmation execution in time of card use and a card number of a user card required from the terminal by the instruction of a card user, and the authentication information notified from the terminal is registered in a database.
