PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly extract a subject who needs to receive another counseling on the basis of the result of counseling in a computer system, and to give a chance to receive proper mental treatment to the subject in counseling using an SAT method. PSOLUTION: This counseling system is provided with a first counseling execution part 202 for collecting and analyzing answers to the questions of first counseling; a mental test execution part 201 for executing a mental test different from the first counseling; a threshold determination part 203 for determining a threshold on the basis of the mental state of the subject acquired from the result of the mental test and the mental state of the testee acquired by an SAT method; a subject selection part 206 for selecting at least a portion of the subject by using the threshold; a second counseling execution part 204 for executing the second counseling different from the first counseling to the selected subject; and a message preparation part 205.
