Cement admixture, cement composition, and cement concrete using the same

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixture forming a cement composition capable of imparting chloride infiltration resistance and neutralization suppressing effect, and is used mainly in a civil engineering and a construction industry, to provide a cement composition, and to provide cement concrete obtained by using the same. SOLUTION: The cement admixture contains a latent hydraulic material and blast furnace slow cooled slag powder. The cement composition contains cement and the cement admixture. The cement concrete is obtained by blending a binder containing cement and the latent hydraulic material, and aggregates containing blast furnace slow cooled slag powder.
