PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for creating contribution data etc. capable of efficiently and effectively creating a still picture used for selection of browsing data including singing voice and singing motion pictures. PSOLUTION: The singing voice and the singing motion picture are obtained during singing, and based on analysis result of the obtained singing voice a singing motion picture section required for extracting the still picture is specified. By using the specified section, the still picture extracted from the singing motion picture is displayed on a display section of a browsing terminal as an option for selecting the browsing data (singing voice and singing motion picture).
