PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve construction efficiency by securing a reinforcing body to a structure during construction work.;SOLUTION: The reinforcing body 2 is constituted by bonding a carbon fiber sheet 4 to an external surface of a cylindrical body 3 obtained by shaping a thin iron plate like a hollow cylinder, and To construct a pile by using the reinforcing body 2, first a pile hole is bored in the ground, and the reinforcing body 2 is lifted down and arranged in the pile hole, followed by placing a reinforcing basket 7 in the reinforcing body 2. Then concrete is poured in the reinforcing body 2, and thus the pile is constructed. To construct a structure skeleton, the reinforcing body 2 is arranged in a form in a manner abutting on the same, and the reinforcing basket 7 is lifted down into the reinforcing body 2, followed by pouring the concrete in the reinforcing body 2.
