PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor and cost resulting from manual work in a library automatic generation apparatus which generates a regular library with one or a plurality of temporal libraries kept together on the basis of the one or the plurality of temporal libraries, in which respective data are assigned to identifiers for identifying a record to be stored.;SOLUTION: When the number of data having the same identifier in the plurality of temporal libraries comes up to a predetermined record number large enough for comparing the respective data, the library automatic generation apparatus reads the records, calculates an agreement rate among the respective data of the read records, and registers the data having the agreement rate of a predetermined threshold value or more in the regular library.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
