PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information guiding device for railway passengers, enabling all users using a station to visually check on a station which they can get to at the present time, in front of the station.;SOLUTION: The information guiding device for railway passengers, disposed in a position which users of the station can visually check, includes: a display portion displaying a route map made from a plurality of routes composed of stations in a railway and connecting lines connecting the stations; a database storing a traveling line section indicating a route, a service type of a train, arriving time and departing time to/from a stop station, about each station; an availability computing portion searching the station accessible from the set departing station, from a time table database about each train departing from the departing station; an accessible connecting line which is the connecting line connecting the set departing station and the accessible station; and a display control device changing either one or both of a color and a line type of an unaccessible connecting line which is a connecting line connecting unaccessible stations, and displaying that on the route map.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
