PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biopolymer detection apparatus, having satisfactory sensitivity, a biopolymer analysis method, a gene expression analysis method, and an antigen detection method.;SOLUTION: The biopolymer detection apparatus 70 is provided with an imaging device 10 having a photoelectric conversion element 20, provided in such a way as to orient its light-receiving plane upward; a partition wall 40 fixed to the side of the light-receiving plane of the imaging device 10 to form a well 42, to which a solution is injected inside; a molecular filter 50 for partitioning the inside of the well 42 into an upper part and a lower part; and a probe 61, fixed to a part upper than the molecular filter 50 inside the well 42, to combine with a specific biopolymer 62 in the solution injected in the well 61.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
