PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unified layout by merging a plurality of structured documents in accordance with combination content required by a user to create one document, and adding a common style sheet to the created document. PSOLUTION: A document merge system is used, which includes an input/output device 3 for a user to designate at least one object, a storage device 2 in which every structured document file with work content to be applied to the object described therein is stored based on designation for the object, and a data processor 1 which acquires a description part related to the work content from the structured document file, and arranges the every acquired description part in predetermined order to create one merged data file by a unified layout, and the data processor 1 stores the merged data file in the storage device 2, and displays the content of the merged data file on the input/output device 3 or downloads it.
