PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra rapid hardening cement admixture which causes little settling phenomenon before hardened, has improved crack resistance, is free from the occurrence of spots and exhibits excellent filling performance in both vertical and horizontal direction, and to provided an ultra rapid cement composition, ultra rapid hardening mortar and a mortar hardened body obtained by using the same.;SOLUTION: The ultra rapid hardening cement admixture contains calcium aluminate, gypsum, a carbon material, a fluidizing agent and a setting conditioner. The ultra rapid hardening cement composition, for example, contains 10-50 pts. quick hardening component in 100 pts. binder composed of cement and the rapid hardening component comprising calcium aluminate and gypsum. The ultra rapid hardening mortar composition contains the ultra rapid hardening composition and fine aggregate. The ultra rapid hardening grout mortar contains the ultra rapid hardening mortar composition and water.
