PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improved system and method for recompiling codes in a NUMA computer system.;SOLUTION: A method comprises the following steps: a step of partitioning a code buffer into a plurality of smaller code buffers (110), a step of allocating each partitioned code buffers to one node in a multi-node NUMA computer system (120), a step of finding a thread related to each of un-escaped methods (130), a step of determining whether there is a thread which does not escape the thread (140), a step of positioning the generation code related to an un-escaped thread at a smaller code buffer (150), and a step of positioning the other generation codes respectively at a plurality of code buffers according to offline profile data (160).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
