Pseudomonas (Pseudomonassp.) New species strain, and species strains by using the chitinase (chitinase), manufacturing method for producing chitosanase and (chitosanase) nattokinase the (Nattokinase)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing Nattokinase not only solving or treating the environmental protection problem of marine product-processing waste containing chitin such as shrimp and crab shell waste but also improving their usefulness.;SOLUTION: Shrimp and crab shell waste are fermented using the waste as a liquid medium of an only carbon/nitrogen resource and using a new strain TKU015 belonging to genus Pseudomonas (Gene Library No. EU103629, DSMZ GmbHh Accession No. DM21747). Chitinase, chitosanase and Nattokinase are purified from the obtained supernatant. More preferable condition for producing Nattokinase using the strain is conducting culture by shaking 100 mL of a liquid medium containing 1% of shrimp shell powder, 0.1% of potassium hydrogenphosphate and 0.05% of magnesium sulfate in a bottle at 30°C for two days.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
