PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material capable of sufficiently increasing activity of hydration reaction of carbon dioxide. PSOLUTION: A composite film comprises a polymer containing a monomer unit represented by structural formula (1) [wherein R is a side chain group composed of a heterocycle having at least either one of a nitrogen atom and a sulfur atom] and a zinc ion forming a zinc complex by coordination with a heterocycle in the polymer.
