PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunological method and a device capable of quantitatively determining metal in a simple manner and high sensitivity with minimum errors using an immunological quantitatively determining method, and to provide a metal complex-immobilized membrane used for these.;SOLUTION: The immunological method for quantitatively determining metal comprises: a mixture sample preparing process for mixing a chelate agent which forms a metal complex by chelating the metal and a monoclonal antibody which specifically reacts with the metal complex to prepare a mixture sample in a sample that is an object of distinction for existence of the metal; a liquid passing process for passing a liquid through the metal complex-immobilized membrane where the metal complex is immobilized; a quantitatively determining process for determining the amount of the metal involved in the sample based on the amount of the monoclonal antibody bound to the metal complex immobilized in the metal complex-immobilized membrane at the liquid passing process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
