PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously acquire a picture and a light signal without deteriorating the resolution of the picture. PSOLUTION: A portable telephone 71 has a camera 81 arranged with approximately same angle of view at a place where an image sensor and an optical-communication sensor are close each other, a monitor 82, and an operation input 83. In the portable telephone 71, a picture signal obtained from the image sensor and communication information from a sending light source 3-1 or 3-2 received by the optical communication sensor are acquired by imaging a subject 2-1 and the subject 2-2 having the sending light sources 3-1 and 3-2 such as an LED respectively by the camera 81. In the portable telephone 71, the pictures 92-1 and 92-2 based on the communication information are superimposed on the picture 91 corresponding to the acquired picture signal, and displayed on the monitor 82.
