PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device in a nursing care facility and/or at home capable of easily comparing how different a body temperature change in prescribed time due to an infectious disease or the like is from the time of being healthy and recognizing the state of an ice pillow.;SOLUTION: The monitoring device in the nursing care facility or at home comprises the ice pillow provided with an IC tag with a temperature measuring part on its outer surface and storing ice or water and a cooling medium in the inside for cooling a head part, a first temperature measuring part provided with a power supply battery for measuring and storing a temperature at every prescribed interval of time, a second temperature measuring part provided with an IC tag with a temperature measuring part and capable of measurement at an appropriate part of a measuring person, an IC tag read part for reading measured body temperature information, an input part capable of inputting biological information such as a pulse rate and vaccination information, etc., and a storage part for storing a measured value by a body temperature measuring part.
