Claim 2: an isolated polynucleotide selected from the group consisting of: (a) a polynucleotide comprising the ID of sec. No.: 1 or 2; (b) a polynucleotide that encodes the amino acid sequence of id. sec. No.: 3; and (c) a polynucleotide which possesses at least 90% Sequence identity with the id.SEC. No.: 1 or 2, both Said polynucleotide encodes a polypeptide that has zmacs3 activity.
