PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION OF PROTONE PUMP INHIBITOR AND PREBIOTICS FOR THE TREATMENT OF THE URINARY DEFECTS OF THE STOMACH AND 12-PACULAR GUT

For the treatment of peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, a pharmaceutical composition of proton pump inhibitors and prebiotics is proposed, which allows for effective antiulcer therapy and eradication of H. pylori from the gastric and duodenal mucosa without the use of broad-spectrum antibiotics. Combined therapy of peptic ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori infection, pharmaceutical composition of PPI and prebiotic allows to actively stimulate the growth of lactobacilli in the upper gastrointestinal tract, including the duodenum, and significantly increase the titers of lactobacilli antagonists of N. pylori under conditions of increasing pH of the gastric contents increases the effectiveness of antiulcer therapy. The high clinical efficacy and safety due to the synergistic action of the proton pump inhibitor and prebiotic in the upper gastrointestinal tract, the absence of side effects and relapses, as well as the compliance of the combination therapy of the claimed pharmaceutical composition indicate that the proposed formulation is a new promising treatment for gastric ulcer and 12- duodenal ulcer. The use of the claimed composition dramatically reduces the number of relapses of the disease.
