摘要

The properties of the proposed novel material and its processing steps exhibiting intense blue emission under UV irradiation (280nm). A second objective of the invention is the composition of the material. A third objective of the invention is the crystallographic structural characteristic of the material. Another objective of the invention is its surface morphology. Finally, the invention relates to a device with an intense blue emission at the excitation wavelength of 280 nm make them useful to UV (280nm) sensor and blue laser applications under UV irradiation.
