摘要

The present invention provides the synthesis of silver nanoparticles from fenugreek leaf extract by chemical reduction method and their mechanism thereof. The nanoparticles are characterized using UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, AFM, DLS and TEM and electrochemical analyzer to understand the mechanism of nanoparticle formation. The chemical reduction takes a longer time to produce fenugreek leaf extract mediated Ag nanoparticles of uniform size as compared to the chemical methods. The Ag nanoparticles prepared from fenugreek leaf extract can be used for the treatment of bacterial infection and healthcare.
