A belt scale conveyor comprises a belt (110) and a baffle (120) for keeping material. Said baffle (120) is located between the belt (110) and the material conveyed by the belt (110).The actual load of the belt can be adjusted by changing the location and/or angle between the baffle (120) and the belt (110). Therefore the actual load of the belt can be adjusted at any moment according to practical load of the on-site material conveying or distributing. The ability to adapt the belt scale conveyor to load change is effectively enhanced. A mixing plant comprises said belt scale conveyor is also disclosed. FIG1
