A method of receiving conditioned cotton flakes into its chamber, holding, forwarding through the improved design of expander Figure No L 1 having into internal screw worms, cooking with live steam sparge at different levels of the closed chamber, further compressing & admixing the flakes and discharge out the material through a high pressure die plate had multiple perforation in the form of cotton collets which had higher level of bulk density the its feed, further the collets had varied physical properties of high capillaries with good percolation and ease out the solvent extraction efficiently at single stage without any draining effect in the extractor and better percolation properties effectively through the cotton flakes expanding process in the single step extraction with miscella refining integrated.
