1. A new improved elastomer based durable cement composition for application in anticorrosive coating on metal pipes lay underground / surface for conveying drinking water, chemicals, oils, natural gases and municipal sewerage. The selection of polychloroprene elastomer blended with whole tyre reclaim (WTR) offer excellent adhesion with metal surface and outstanding paintability property with covering of higher surface area that have excellent flexibility and good mechanical property, and high abrasion resistance when the coated film is dried. The basic polychloroprene elastomer formula; [-CH2 CH=Cr Gl)GH2 —]n Wherein The elastomer contains a halogen in molecular backbone provides the properties of flame and heat resistance.
