the invention comes within the framework of the development of new materials with high performance, these materials are synthesized in the form of particles of cobalt oxide and lithium, which can be used in the preparation of cathodes for rechargeable batteries (o the battery storage). the doping agent is selected from the group of oxides of lanthanides.other objectives of the invention is the method of improving the stability and load capacity of rechargeable lithium ion batteries and the method of preparation of cobalt oxide particles and cell according to the invention.
