A method for estimation of efficiency of treatment with talinilol of patients with ischemic heart disease with stenocardia and arterial hypertensy with disorder of diastolic function of the left ventricle by"hypertrophic" type comprises comparison of the state of patients before and after treatment by means of Doppler echocardiography.
