A method for selection of a technique for endoscopic treatment of acute biliar pancreatitis comprises the determination of type of morphological changes in the choledoch terminal department by impedancemetry. The indexes of tissue reactive resistance to the electric current and electrocapacity are estimated and the presence of edema of duodenum large papilla or presence of fibrosis, or absence of morphological changes in the choledoch terminal department are diagnosed and at presence of edema the nasobiliar drainage is made. At fibrotic changes in the choledoch terminal department the papillosphincterectomy is carried out. In absence of fibrotic or oedematous changes (norm) the balloon dilatation is performed.
