METHOD OF CONTROL OF HOPPERS WORKING IN SYSTEMS OF CONVEYING TRANSPORT OF COAL MINES

Disclosed is a method of control of hoppers working in the systems of conveying transport of coal mines, which includes monitoring the minimum and maximum levels of a protective layer of a load in a hopper and processing by a control unit. A feeder is turned off when reaching the minimum value of the protective layer of load. During the time of filling the hopper by means of the control unit it is calculated the average value of freight flow that is loaded into the hopper, and the maximum level of protective layer is set in a sensor of continuous control, upon reaching of which the feeder is turned on. In the case of change of the hopper filling time the control unit changes the value of maximum level of protective layer of load.
