A device for gas-free laparoscopy comprises a rod, traction, and the crossbar and rack. The rod is introduced into the abdominal cavity through a puncture. To the upper part of the laparolift a rustless hawser wire is fixed and the other end of a rope with a loop is fastened to chain links. After that the traction is performed.
