A method for surgical treatment of early cancer and benign tumors of the stomach comprises the intraoperative visualization of tumor boundaries, formation of an opening in the stomach wall, crossing the stomach wall around the tumor, removal of stomach areas together with the tumor and suturing of the defect formed in the stomach wall by double-row suture in the transverse direction. The intraoperative visualization of tumor boundaries is performed by fibrogastroscopy, the boundaries of the tumor are visually determined. The opening is formed in the stomach wall in one of the marked labels, and then clamp branches are introduced into the lumen of the stomach, which are connected to the welding apparatus, and stomach wall is burnt between the marked labels on the serous membrane. Then the preparation is removed and stomach wound is sutured off.
