The process for treatment of liver abscesses comprises the abscess opening, sanation of its cavity, drainage with pipe drainage, filling the cavity with antiseptic solution and introducing of a waveguide through a drainage tube liquid and irradiation of the abscess walls with electromagnetic radiation having frequency range of microwave 2.45-10 GHz energy flux density 2.5-5,0 W/cm2, .exhibition - 20-30 minutes. The opening and drainage of abscess with drainage pipe is made by trocar method, passing the abdominal wall, liver and abscess capsule.
