A method for protecting agricultural lands against Russian knapweed by means of treating thereof with a herbicide. A mixture of systemic herbicide Roundup Max 607 with a surface active substance, in particular the sticking agent Liposam, in an amount of 3.0 l and 1.5 l per 1 ha correspondingly are used as the herbicide.
