METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF CHRONIC COMBINED HEMORRHOID

The method for the surgical treatment of the chronic combined hemorrhoid comprises suturing the distal branches of the superior rectal artery under control of Dopplerometry at the sites corresponding to 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 hours of the conventional dial. Hemorrhoidopexy is performed at the sites corresponding to 3, 7, 11 hours of the conventional dial. Besides, the skin triangular flap is tailored from the skin of the external pile with its apex directed towards the anal canal. The cavernous subcutaneous tissue is dissected until the transitional line. Finally, the integrity is restored by fixation of the flap to the wound edges.
