摘要

A unified immunoenzyme test system for qualitative and semi-quantitative determination of IgG class antibodies to viruses of herpes simplex of 1 and 2 types, DIA-HSV ½-IgG-u, in which antigens of the herpes simplex virus from culture of cells are used in the composition of immunosorbent, and as conjugate anti-human antibodies against IgG bound to peroxidase are used. In the test system one uses immunosorbent with recombinant antigens analogs of surface proteins G1 HSV1 i G2 HSV2 sorbed to cells of polystyrene tray are used. As conjugate monoclonal antibodies against human IgG marked with peroxidase are used, those are revealed by means of one-component solution of chromogen.
