METHOD FOR EARLY DIAGNOSIS OF PULMONARY LESIONS IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE DISEASE OF LUNGS AND CONCOMITANT CHRONIC PANCREATITIS

The method for the early diagnosis of the pulmonary lesions in the patients with the chronic obstructive disease of the lungs and concomitant chronic pancreatitis comprises assaying the criteria suggesting the lesions. In the samples of the peripheral blood, autosensitization of lymphocytes to the antigens of intact tissues and the content of the spontaneous autologous rosettes are assessed. The increase of the content of the spontaneous autologous rosettes to 40-55 % with the lymphocyte activity in blast transformation assay at the level of 10-12 % is indicative of the autoimmune pulmonary lesions.
