TRANSPORT-TECHNOLOGICAL COMPLEX FOR POSTHARVEST GRAIN TREATMENT

A transport-technological complex for postharvest grain treatment comprises a body, an air separator and a sieve separator of the drum-type, a feed unit, a drive gear, a sieve drum, made as a cylindrical fabricated frame, divided along the length into four plots, covered with sieve belts varying by purpose thereof, forming the following sieves one by one: cleaning, calibrating, unloading and sorting, and a cylindrical brush for freeing the openings of the sieves of plugging particles. At the ends the sieve drum has support paths, by which it rests on four rubber-coated rolls. In the hollow free of grain products the air separator is arranged for the entire length of the calibrating, unloading and sorting sieves. Said separator consists of a deposit chamber and a semicylindrical, limiting surface equidistant to the sieve drum. In the lower part they form a groove with a collecting-discharging screw and a cylindrical sucking spout with a regulating valve. In doing so a deflector of the limiting surface together with a wall of the sucking spout form an aspiration channel.
